Starting the Track Season Off at UNK

The Alma Cardinals traveled to the UNK indoor meet to compete for their first meet. Tiffany Wells made it to finals in the 55 and 200, getting sixth in both of them. Stephanie Eddy got eighth in the 1600 meter run. Peyton McQuay got 9th in the 3200 meter run. Emma Smolik got fourth in the 55 meter hurdles. Jadyn Heckenlively got out at 5 foot, and placed sixth in the high jump. Alissa Vlach made 7’6”  allowing her to place sixth in Pole Vault. Emma Smolike placed sixth in triple jump. Kyle Johnson got eighth in the 200 meter dash. Kaleb Kindler got seventh in the 400 meter dash and fifth in the 800 meter run. Brogan Hohnholt got ninth in the 3200 meter run. Burke Boehler placed ninth in the 55 meter hurdles and fourth in high. The Alma boys, Burke Boehler, Parker Janicek, Kyle Johnson, and Kaleb Kindler, got fifth in the 4X400. David Ehrke got 14th out of 50 in shot put. The Alma girls placed 15 out of 18 teams. The boys got 17th out 19 teams.
