Two Rivers Public Health Department will be administering influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations to students at Alma Public Schools on Monday, October 11. Please complete one entire packet for EACH student you want to get vaccinated. The packets are being sent home with the students today. Make sure you check which vaccine(s) you want your child to receive. The completed packet must be returned by October 8.
On another note, we will not restrain students in order to administer the shot. If your child comes to get their shot and refuses they will be sent back to class unless you, as the parent, want to come to school to restrain your child. We are excited to provide this opportunity for our students!!
