It is a big day at APS! The HS Girls Basketball team is headed to Kearney for their game in the Showcase against Elgin Public Pope John starting at 8:50 AM. Admission for the game is $10. It’s a wrap!! The students and staff voted on this design, and the school board approved the purchase to make the new bus look amazing! The wrap and labor for the new bus were donated by Lowen Corporation of Hutchinson, Kansas. Alma Alumni Tracy Metzger is the President and COO of the Signs and Graphic Company. Grade School Parents - As we start back to school after break we want to remind everyone that cold temperatures are upon us. Please remember that your student needs to dress for the weather and weather conditions everyday. Students will go outside daily for recess. Congratulations to Delaney Seyler who traveled to London to partake in the London New Years Day Parade as an All-American!! She earned her spot this past summer, when the Cardinal Cheer Squad attended summer camp!
On New Year’s Day, she and around 400 other cheerleaders, dance team members, and drum Majors/ Majorettes marched down the streets of London’s 1.8 mile parade route and passed some amazing historical sites all while performing at various stops on the route.
