The Cardinal Math Club competed in the MathWorks Math Modeling Challenge today. They go against some of the brightest kids across the country and Great Britain and were hard at work for 14 hours trying to find a solution to the real world problem they were given! #ProudToBeACardinal



The Red Cross has cancelled tomorrow's blood drive due to impending weather. #ProudToBeACardinal #ShareToBeAware


Tomorrow's Blood Drive will be from 9:30 AM -3:30 PM, so the Red Cross workers can get back on the road earlier since North Platte is supposed to get some weather. The Blood Drive will also take place at Lakeside Fellowship Church and not at the High School. #ProudToBeACardinal

Alma Public Schools will be hosting Kindergarten Roundup on Wednesday, March 26. All children who will be five years of age by July 31 st , 2025 are eligible for kindergarten by Nebraska state law and are encouraged to attend Roundup.
There will be two sessions for children on Wednesday, March 26. The morning session will run from 9:00-11:00 and the afternoon session from 1:00-3:00. Please call the school office at 928-2131 to register your child for one of these sessions if they do not attend the Little Cardinals Early Learning Center.
On that evening there will be an informational session for parents in the Commons area. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm and run approximately one hour. No childcare will be provided at the school during this time.
You will need to bring your child’s immunization record, including the dates of all immunizations, as well as a state certified birth certificate with your child to his/her Roundup session or to the parent meeting. This will be returned after being copied that day. All immunizations must be up-to-date for entrance into Kindergarten in the fall.
