Harlan County Health System will be administering flu shots to students at Alma Public Schools on October 22. Packets will be sent home with K-6 students today, and 7-12 students tomorrow. Please complete one entire packet for EACH student you want to get their flu shot. The completed packet must be presented before a flu shot will be administered. Complete insurance information must be provided in order to bill your insurance. If you wish to self-pay the cost for each child is $35.00. If you have younger children who attend Under the Umbrella, please note a separate flu shot clinic will be held October 18 at the daycare. On another note, we will not restrain students in order to administer the shot. If your child comes to get their shot and refuses they will be sent back to class unless you, as the parent, want to come to school to restrain your child. We are excited to provide this opportunity for our students!! Share to be aware! #ProudToBeACardinal
